Jasmin is an agile and strategic HR leader that champions building effective teams and fostering positive workplace culture. At Uplift, she oversees a modern, inclusive HR strategy that empowers its team and supports effective business results. 

With over 10 years of experience in HR leadership, Jasmin has a knack for understanding what makes employees tick, finding innovative solutions to HR challenges, and inspiring employee engagement. She has notable experience in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and utilization of creative methods to tackle today’s hiring challenges. 

Most recently, Jasmin led recruitment as the HR Recruitment Manager at NOW Foods, a leading international natural products manufacturer of vitamins and supplements based in Illinois. During her eight-year career at NOW, she held multiple leadership positions with a proven track record of success including developing and executing HR strategies, helping build a more inclusive and diverse culture, and leading the company’s high-growth staffing needs. Prior to NOW Foods, Jasmin was an HR Manager & HR District leader with Target Corporation for over four years in the Chicagoland area.

She holds an MBA from Benedictine University and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Millikin University. To stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving HR landscape, Jasmin is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management with a Senior Certified Professional certification (SHRM-SCP). 

Jasmin lives in Chicago with her husband and dog, Honcho. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, catching up on sports and fashion, and cycling challenges with her Peloton community.
