Sasha Radovich

Sasha Radovich has a 20-year track record of advocating for and implementing systems change approaches to responsible business practices focused on supply chain responsibility and circularity, business and human rights, and gender inclusion. She has led the execution of strategic plans and multi-stakeholder partnerships to address sustainable innovation in supply chain practices, expand local capacity, or deliver new tools for advancing due diligence practices globally. She has worked to address issues ranging from water scarcity and challenges to cotton farmers in India to enabling worker voice mechanisms for factory workers in Bangladesh, to building guidelines for end-to-end traceability of conflict minerals in the Democratic Republic of Congo for global tech companies.

Sasha's industry expertise includes apparel and footwear consumer products, Technology companies, and manufacturing. She has worked for civil society organizations, the private sector, and multilateral agencies. Most recently, she led the Global Standards and Human Rights team at Amazon, leading the work on addressing salient issues enterprise-wide and she currently teaches the Strategic and Sustainable Business course at UC Berkeley’s Haas Business School. Previously, Sasha led Fashion Positive, a member organization focused on the transition to circular materials in apparel supply chains, led the women's empowerment program at Gap Inc., advancing life skills for women in 18 countries, and at Business for Social Responsibility, she was responsible for clients Apple, HP, Jabel, Dell, and the EICC (now Responsible Business Alliance).

Sasha holds an M.A. in International Affairs from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and a B.A. in Anthropology and Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
