Executive Strategy Workshops on ESG

$1.4 billion privately-owned global manufacturer
Opportunity:
Key executive leaders of a global manufacturer understood that they needed to develop and launch an ESG strategy, but knew many of the leaders brought different baselines of awareness and experience in ESG. In order to move the strategy forward, they needed to align their leadership on ESG priorities.
Solution:
Uplift provided a custom two-part leadership workshop to educate approximately 50 C-suite and top leaders on ESG fundamentals, regulations, and trends, and facilitated discussions on the impact of ESG on their specific business areas and priorities. The workshop also included peer benchmarking analysis to help leaders see alignment between their work and ESG goals.
Outcomes:
Leaders gained a deep understanding of ESG, regulations, and trends, and how it impacts their specific business areas and priorities.
Facilitated breakout groups helped leaders to think about and align their priorities with the company’s ESG strategy.
Resulted in increased buy-in from leadership for the development and implementation of the company’s ESG strategy.
The company is now in the process of initiating the work.
