Opportunity:

The company identified carbon emissions as a material topic via its double materiality assessment. The sustainability team leading the charge was unsure of where to begin and how to develop a multi-year plan dedicated to emissions reductions.

Solution:

Uplift worked with the client to understand its emissions hotspots, establish an ad hoc work group, and develop a robust and feasible decarbonization roadmap.
